Re-enrolment

Re-enrolment

The re-enrolment procedure for the next year is for the students who are already enrolled in the School. It is a 3-step procedure:
  1. Re-enrolment survey During the second trimester, you will be consulted via Eduka to know whether you wish for your child to stay for the next year.
  2. Re-enrolment application If you answer positively to the survey, you will have to fill out a re-enrolment form via EDUKAduring the third trimester, that will include the « Student Contract » to be signed for the next year.
  3. Re-enrolment confirmation You will receive a re-enrolment confirmation by email at the end of the third trimester.

Notification of withdrawal

The following procedure must be followed in case of final withdrawal from the School
  1. At least one month prior to departure, please fill out and submit the withdrawal form on your EDUKA portal along with the refund form.    
  2. Return the books/documents/materials/textbooks to the LDC or to IDC one week before the scheduled departure at the latest.

Important

On the last of day of class, the Enrolment Department will give the parents the certificate of deletion (Exeat) along with the student file, provided that all financial matters are settled and all the books are returned.
