Reenrolments & Withdrawals

From 20 March to 25 April 2018: re-enrol your child(ren) for 2018-2019 academic year on Eduka or inform us about any withdrawal. Link Eduka

Re-enrolment

The re-enrolment procedure for the next year is for the students who are already enrolled in the School.

Re-enrolment application You will have to fill out a re-enrolment form via EDUKA during the third trimester, that will include the « Student Contract/Advisory Note » to be signed for the next year.

Re-enrolment confirmation You will receive a re-enrolment confirmation by email at the end of the third trimester.

Notification of withdrawal

The following procedure must be followed in case of final withdrawal from the School:
  1. At least one month prior to departure, please fill out and submit the withdrawal form on your EDUKA portal along with the refund form.    
  2. Return the books/documents/materials/textbooks to the libraries one week before the scheduled departure at the latest.

Important

On the last of day of class, the Admission Department will give the parents the Leaving Certificate (Exeat) along with the student file, provided that all financial matters are settled and all the books are returned.
